Laurentina – O Rei do Bacalhau is one of those places that truly stays with you. The food is outstanding—the best bacalhau I’ve ever had, flawlessly prepared and full of flavor. The experience was elevated by the service. Carolina and JP were fantastic: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. You can feel the pride and care in every detail. A Lisbon classic for a reason. If you’re in town and don’t make it here, that’s a questionable life choice.

traditional Portuguese seafood. good at that ! this is very much a family restaurant , at least on weekends . I saw large groups sitting together what appeared to be a family gathering . they are know for their cod dishes. I had their most popular cod dish. I wasnt really that impressed. the fish was hard to eat in comparison to seabrim or seabass for example and didn't have as much flavor. it came Portuguese style drenched in olive oil. it is typical in Portugal to use olive oil as s sign of generosity ...the more the better..

Lives up to the name of King of Bacalhau! We got a reservation for 7pm and had a great meal with 3 types of Bacalhau and then 4 great desserts. It's a bit pricey but they were filling portions. The service was good but sometimes it took a while for the server to come by to put in our dessert order or get the bill. Also, a small thing but the chairs were annoying to get in and put of.

This is a classy restaurant where you know you will eat good food, have a quality time and perfect service. The service is outstanding, the ambience is familiar, cozy and traditional and the food is tasty and very good, balanced in flavour. We really enjoyed the octopus salad!! Just a small warning: you will pay for all this. Don’t expect to be cheap, but also it is not very expensive I just think is a bit expensive to be Portugal, but you will have a good time and food.

Everything was perfect in a word. We went to try the cod fish, but the taste didn't appeal to me much. It was too heavy and I couldn’t finish it. However, the service and staff were very attentive and ambiance is good enough. I give 5 stars obrigado

They truly are the royalty of the codfish! For a kingdom to be grand, you need great rulers and a flock of subjects, which they have too; so many flies. Eat inside if you wish avoid a meal where you spend time swatting aimlessly. As for the food and the service, they’re delicious. Go for cod dishes, you won’t regret it!

Advised to visit for a good range of bacalhau dishes and did not disappoint. Easy to find, great staff and a good range of meals and wines. Definitely a visit for authentic Portuguese food.

This is trully the king of Bacalao! Great service, cozy atmosphere and the entrees where great! But the star of the show, the Bacalao was... sublime! Perfect side distes, perfect textura and even better favor! A must go in lisboa!
